HealthTurk: Health Tourism Coordination Service in Türkiye
HealthTurk is an intermediary organization that provides coordination and information services for patients coming from abroad within the scope of health tourism in Türkiye. It does not provide healthcare, diagnosis or treatment; it coordinates the patient’s application process with authorized healthcare facilities in line with the relevant legislation.
What Do We Do?
Our aim in the health tourism process is to ensure that patients’ applications progress in an orderly manner, communication is handled correctly and the process is planned end to end. In this scope:
- Application pre-assessment: Checking the reports/documents shared by the patient and forwarding them to the relevant departments.
- Appointments and organization: Planning suitable dates and coordinating examination/board processes.
- Travel and accommodation planning: Airport welcome, hotel placement and in-city transfer organization.
- Interpreter and communication support: Communication and companion coordination in English, Russian and Arabic.
- Document and process follow-up: Providing the necessary forms, information and guidance throughout the process.
- Post-discharge coordination: Forwarding follow-up plans and, where needed, organizing new appointments.
